92nd Belfast BB

We’re taking a break.....
 
As you are aware, with the NI Executive’s new measures to slow down the rate of corona virus transmissions, schools have been required to close from Monday 19th October until Monday 2nd November. If we are all to work together to get on top of this virus, then during that period, I do not think it would be wise for us to continue to meet as a BB company. We will therefore take a break from our Monday night meetings for the duration.
 
Whilst this is very disappointing to us all, hopefully it will only be for a few weeks and then we can get back together again. The 92nd were one of the first BB companies to get up and running again after the initial lockdown was lifted and I hope this will also be the case when this one is over.
 
It has been a great encouragement to us all to see so many boys back at BB and we are so glad we didn’t waste any time getting started. This has allowed us to make the connection with our boys again and I hope will put us in a better position in a few weeks’ time when hopefully we can get going again. There are so many activities we want to run, both indoors and outdoors and we will work as hard as we can to provide a safe yet interesting and exciting program for the boys in the months ahead as soon as we are freed up to do so.
 
Can I ask that if your son isn’t currently part of the boys WhatsApp group that you message me on 07774617561 with either his mobile number or yours (or both if you want) so he can be added. This is a one-way group so we can send information out but the boys can’t respond to the group (To keep it simple). Any announcements can be quickly delivered this way and we will send out weekly bible class videos and other stuff as it becomes available
